Bookable Sauna Sessions
Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 07:00-10:00 and 17:00-20:00
Saturday: 08:00-18:00
Sunday: 09:00-18:00
Closed Wednesdays
All bookings are 60 minutes, with room for up to 8 people per session.
Extended Christmas Holidays Opening (Fri 19 Dec – Sun 4 Jan). During this period, the sauna will be open for booking 08:00-20:00 daily
Free Community Sunrise Sauna (every Sunday)
Every Sunday, 07:00-09:00, the Dawnstalkers host a free Community Sauna. No booking needed – just turn up, dip in the sea, and warm up in the sauna as the sun rises. Newcomers and seasoned dippers all welcome. Although free, we gratefully accept Donations for wood and operating costs.
This is a £3 Link, if you wish to donate more, in multiples of £3 feel free to add several ‘items’ to your basket before you check out.
