Dawnstalkers is an outdoor swimming community encouraging people to get in the sea at Penarth seafront, South Wales. Through the joy of cold water, the group exists to create community, share information and motivate each other to get the maximum endorphins from the daily habit.
We enter the sea just before the sun rises (even if we can’t sea it!) Pack your stuff, set your alarm, get up early, meet us at the shore, we swim at Dawn! Check out daily instagram stories to find out what time sunrise is and where we’re at.
