We are pleased to bring a unique wellbeing day festival of: yoga – breathwork – sound healing – meditation – & fire walk! All culminating with breath & bass – dancing – & wonderment.
Offerings from: Livasana – Horizonline – Zen Tent Events – Tommy Woodfin – Carolyn Coles – Yoganic – Hollie Sky – all with the Hot2Cold sauna & cold plunges running throughout. They’ll also be talks, stalls and 121 holistic therapies plus coffee & food offerings.
Sauna available from 7am, programme activities from midday
